How to ENROL
Come into the centre, have a look around and meet all our friendly educators.
During your visit you can obtain all the relevant information about our service and an enrolment application pack to discuss your needs. Go home, read all the information, complete the application and gather all necessary documents the centre requires such as your child’s Birth Certificate, immunisation record from Medicare, driver’s license, numbers of contact people and any reference numbers from Centrelink.
Ensure you have lodged a claim for Child Care Subsidy (if you haven't already done so). You will need to use a Mygov account to submit this claim. If you do not already have a Mygov account now is the time to create one as you will not be able to submit a claim without one. Creating an account and submitting a claim is relatively easy, if you require any assistance please contact us and we will be happy to assist or direct you to someone who can.
Ensure you have fully completed the enrolment application. Each child and registered parent have their own (CRN) Customer Reference Number from Centrelink. Once your enrolment has been confirmed within the centre we will contact you via email. You will then be required to log onto your Mygov account and confirm that your child is attending Little VIPs Child Care & Education Centre. The date that is showing maybe different to the actual date your child is due to start, this is normal as we need to process the data prior to your child's start date to ensure we can inform you of your gap amount. Please note we will work with you while your claim is being processed if you require immediate care. Please contact us if you feel this may effect you.
